WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our garments have an oversized style, so we recommend you to take a look at the size guide of the products before you select the size. In addition, you can take as a reference the height of the models and the size they wear in the photos. You can find this information in the product description of each product.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

We also offer the possibility of paying in three comfortable times with no interests with Klarna.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we can modify it or cancel it without any problems. To do this, please contact us stating your order number and any other relevant information here.

On the contrary, if we cannot modify nor cancel your order, you will have to request a return or exchange.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

BALEARIC & CANARY ISLANDS:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

When your order ships, you will receive an email from the shipping company containing the tracking information of your order.

BY WHICH SHIPPING COURIER WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We use different couriers to get customers their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the corresponding courier. As well as any relevant tracking information you might need.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We allow up to 15 days since you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your recent Yuxus order. We will gladly accept any items that are in new condition and have not been worn, washed, or altered.

All returns and exchanges must be done according to the guidelines of our Return and Exchange Policy.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR MAKING A RETURN?

Yes. Returns cost the same amount as regular shippings. If you want to return a product, you will have to pay the same amount you paid for shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
